Most of you know us as the source for AMSI/Geac software and support in northern California. And that we have been, for nearly eleven years. We have changed our mission to concentrate our resources on the support side of our business, which has been our strength over the years. We will no longer be marketing AMSI/Geac software.
Over the years we have seen an increasing need for a one-stop full-service house that offers solutions for the real estate community in this fast paced and increasing technological environment. The quality of software tailored for property management is now available as never before. Many companies are still working on old systems specifically customized for them. While this was the only option in 1980, in 1990 these custom solutions are relics of the past, and software support and maintenance may no longer be readily available. We are now able to support additional software, as well as provide more services, combined with years of experience in the conversion or computerization of your office. We can assist you with your software search, evaluating the many programs available and help narrow down your options, as well as develop a game plan for the installation, conversion, and use of your new system.
For those of you that receive our support for your AMSI/Geac software, please be assured that we will continue to offer the level of support that we have in the past. In anticipation of our new focus, we have added to our support team; we now offer support (training and other assistance) for additional property management software. Currently, we have added AST, Skyline, and Yardi to the programs we will support.
We will also be increasing the frequency and variety of training seminars we offer, and will be presenting free seminars of F9 Financial Reporter, tentatively scheduled for August 19th in San Francisco, and August 23rd in Los Angeles.

Our mission has always been to provide the best available support to the property management community, and we have relied on your input to assist us in achieving that goal.
