(HMH) has been providing phone and other support for
AMSI software for ten years. If you have not contracted for
Priority Client Status you are not receiving:
· FREE support phone calls that are less than ten minutes in
length;
· Reduced hourly rates for phone calls exceeding ten minutes and
on-site training and trouble shooting;
· Speedy response time.
For the past year, AMSI/Geac has required that our Priority
Client Status agreements be invoiced separately from their
annual software Program Maintenance agreement. Recently
AMSI/Geac has been sending their own invoices that typically
include pre-paid phone support from AMSI/Geac, at an additional
included cost, and does not include HMH Priority Client Status.
For $ 395.00 a year, less than $ 35.00 a month, we are available
to answer your
questions.
